Paula Kelbley, O.D.

Dr. Paula Kelbley was born and raised in New Riegel, Ohio. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University in 2014 and completed her Doctor of Optometry degree there in 2018. Following graduation, she completed a residency in pediatrics and binocular vision at the Indiana University School of Optometry.

Dr. Kelbley sees patients of all ages, with a focus on pediatric eye care, including first eye exams for children as young as one year old. She emphasizes early detection and prevention to support lifelong visual development and helps families better understand their child’s vision and eye health.

Each year, Dr. Kelbley participates in a service trip to Jamaica, providing eye exams and glasses to elementary school students in underserved communities. This work continues to support her focus on pediatric care

Outside of the office, she enjoys playing sand volleyball, cheering on Ohio State football, and traveling.
