I was able to make an appointment very fast. When I got to my appointment they were ready for me. All of the staff, including the optometrist were very knowledgeable and helpful and kind. I will be going back next year for my yearly exam.

My eye exam experience with Eyecare Professionals of Gahanna was outstanding. The office was modern and the staff was friendly and professional. Dr. Shank took the time to explain what she was seeing during the exam, answered all my questions without making me feel rushed, and explained my prescription changes instead of just handing me a piece of paper. When I mentioned issues I was having, she provided specific actionable steps I could take to address those issues. Picking out frames was also a genuinely pleasant experience. They were very helpful without being pushy. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for thorough and genuine patient care.

I had the pleasure of being helped by Missy and Ru (sorry don't remember here name just remember the ladies calling her Ru when she was leaving for the day). Both ladies were very polite, helpful, and attentive. They made what could of been a stressful situation very easy going and smooth. I would definitely recommend going to Eyecare Professionals of Gahanna.

I like the renovation that has been done since my last visit. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I was seen on time and appreciated the various options I was given after the exam was done. I would highly recommend this office to others.

This was my first time going since they changed companies/management. It was very nice and a seamless process from start to finish. The front desk staff are a lot more friendly than those who were there before. I will continue to go here for my eye exams/glasses and would recommend them to anyone who asked.

The eye care examination was completed yesterday. The staff was courteous and welcoming as soon as I entered the office. I was escorted into each station with care and concern. All staff members answered every question asked! Dr. Amway conducted the examination with precision and professionalism! He did not rush through my appointment. Dr. Amway continually asked about my comfort and if I had any questions. I would highly recommend Eye Care Professionals to family and friends!

I had a problem w a sty in my left eye and the got me in right away. While I was being seen they took care of a problem w my glasses! Everyone is always very nice, polite and helpful in that office!

Love this place. Everyone is very professional and helpful. Missy helped my husband and me with glasses and sunglasses yesterday. She was very helpful and patient with us changing our minds. We always get our glasses here. They are also great with any issues we have after we get our glasses.

What a great facility. State of the art exams. Physicians and ancillary personnel are INCREDIBLE. Never in a rush. They always give the patients clear instructions. Welcome any questions and answer clearly. This practice is exceptional !!!!!

Eye care Professionals of Gahanna and Whitehall are awesome. They get you in and out. Plus all the staff is very knowledgeable. I love getting my eyes checked by them and they also have a big array of frames.

I have to say I was a bit nervous going to get my eyes checked. Ive been using off the shelf readers for a couple months and decided to just go get my eyes checked.. its only been 15-20 years so why not right? They made this process so easy and quick it was crazy! Forget the big box eye care places, this is where its at! Thank you for making this as easy as going through a drive-thru and ordering coffee!!
