Eyecare Professionals of Gahanna 

My eye exam experience with Eyecare Professionals of Gahanna was outstanding. The office was modern and the staff was friendly and professional. Dr. Shank took the time to explain what she was seeing during the exam, answered all my questions without making me feel rushed, and explained my prescription changes instead of just handing me a piece of paper. When I mentioned issues I was having, she provided specific actionable steps I could take to address those issues. Picking out frames was also a genuinely pleasant experience. They were very helpful without being pushy. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for thorough and genuine patient care.

I had the pleasure of being helped by Missy and Ru (sorry don't remember here name just remember the ladies calling her Ru when she was leaving for the day). Both ladies were very polite, helpful, and attentive. They made what could of been a stressful situation very easy going and smooth. I would definitely recommend going to Eyecare Professionals of Gahanna.

This was my first time going since they changed companies/management. It was very nice and a seamless process from start to finish. The front desk staff are a lot more friendly than those who were there before. I will continue to go here for my eye exams/glasses and would recommend them to anyone who asked.

The eye care examination was completed yesterday. The staff was courteous and welcoming as soon as I entered the office. I was escorted into each station with care and concern. All staff members answered every question asked! Dr. Amway conducted the examination with precision and professionalism! He did not rush through my appointment. Dr. Amway continually asked about my comfort and if I had any questions. I would highly recommend Eye Care Professionals to family and friends!

Love this place. Everyone is very professional and helpful. Missy helped my husband and me with glasses and sunglasses yesterday. She was very helpful and patient with us changing our minds. We always get our glasses here. They are also great with any issues we have after we get our glasses.

I have to say I was a bit nervous going to get my eyes checked. Ive been using off the shelf readers for a couple months and decided to just go get my eyes checked.. its only been 15-20 years so why not right? They made this process so easy and quick it was crazy! Forget the big box eye care places, this is where its at! Thank you for making this as easy as going through a drive-thru and ordering coffee!!

I loved the entire staff from entrance to exit. Everyone was so kind and welcoming, the young lady who prepped me for my exam with Dr. Shank was the absolute best she laughed at my corny jokes. Dr. Shank was sooo amazing and thorough with everything. I went home and told my sister about my experience and she's gonna reach out to see if she can become a new patient. Thank you to all the staff I encountered from beginning to the end of my visit. You guys rock, see ya next year😊

I had a wonderful experience here at this office from start to finish. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable the moment I walked in. Each step of the exam was explained to me in detail, which I truly appreciated and found very reassuring. Dr. Shank was wonderful, kind, thorough, and professional. I never felt rushed and felt confident I was in great hands. 10/10 experience and I will definitely be recommending this place to others!

Berk Eye Care was really great!! I needed to get a diabetic eye exam, 1st time getting one, and I was able to schedule an appt within a week. All of the staff were courteous and friendly. Dr. Samantha Ford was awesome!! I definitely will make getting my eye exam with Berk Eye Care an annual appointment.

The staff that greets you at the door and gets you checked in were very pleasant and made me feel welcomed! I hate the machine that blows the air in your eye, this office has a better tool that does the same thing but is less invasive and annoying to the eye. Dr. Shank was GREAT! Very sweet lady and gets straight to business she is also an excellent teacher to her patients! Overall amazing experience (:

I was very impressed with Dr. S. Ford’s chair side professionalism and care, during my eye exam/visit. She was wonderful and I will be referring many patients to her for their eye care.
